Graduated in Dental Medicine, in 2008. In that same year, he carried out a postgraduate course in management of health units by EGP-UPBS, and later the Proximity Health Management Program, promoted by AESE.
During his professional career, he performed several functions in health care companies, linked to the segment of complementary diagnostic services, and began his activity as commercial director of SMIC – Serviço Médico de Imagem Computorizada. In a second phase, and after joining BASE Holding, a group operating in the same segment, he exercised various functions of coordination and management of departments related to the information systems and operational areas dedicated to cardiology and radiology.
At the end of 2017, he joined the Unilabs Group, in its operation in Portugal, and was challenged to create the Customer Service area, which he now runs, and where the Contact Center service is integrated.
