Mariana started her professional career as a Chemical Engineer and holds a Master in Business Administration and a Masters in Marketing and Commercial Direction. She has worked in several industries, from engineering to services; spending the last 19 years in the BPO industry, working for large and mid-size companies across 3 continents and several verticals. Mariana is passionate about demystifying sales, reaching objectives/goals and helping people, specially women, maximize their full potential and succeed in their roles.
